You got this look up on your face, like you never want to leave the sanctity of this place, the perfection is written quietly on the walls. While the wind blows outside and shutters like the rain, only the silence of sound can escape. We speak volumes and yet we never say a word, hands intertwined not touching but sharing the air between two hearts, a comfortably awkward space. You raise your eyes to the heavens, they rest comfortably with my gaze halfway to the sky. They say all you feel, silently, and trace a star's path as if the night was visible across my face, a look so deep I feel it for all my preceding years
